Exhale - An Evening For Women In Business


I have a vision for our evening together...

Open hearted sharing.

I created this in person event for connection.


I am also excited to be hosting it in New Plymouth, where I'm from.


It's specifically for women in business to collaborate above the fear and scrutiny we often believe is behind the veil of social media and the social circles we're used to. 


It’s a safe space to explore our deepest desires for life, business and family. 


This evening has been created so you can acknowledge and accept that your desires are different to your neighbours.


We will explore how to act on what's true for you with grace, self trust and compassion.

We are saying goodbye to the tolerant people pleaser and leaning into the courageous dreamer. 
We're here for those that require a bit of a permission slip to take that aligned next step. 

That necessary messy action.
We will be exploring what it means to be different. 

What is different? 
What is normal?
What do you actually want?
How honest have you been with yourself? 
 
This evening is about self enquiry, self love and radical honesty.

This will either appeal to you or scare the living daylights out of you - both are excellent. 

If you’re meant to be there with us, I trust that what is meant for you, will not miss you!
We're well accustomed to the emphasis on perfectionism and external perception. 

Together let's reorient our focus toward radical honesty, self love and… the exhale.

 How to regulate your nervous system for success
